What to Do
Shopping
Downtown Eureka Springs has a seemingly endless line of unique shops to peruse. Even if you’re not looking to buy anything, just walking through this eclectic mix of shops is entertaining. Take a google streetview walk below to see what we mean…
Shopping in Historic Eureka Springs
If shopping isn’t your thing, there is one shop we do recommend you check out while you’re in town. East by West is the home of the working bunnies (these are real bunnies – you know the soft fuzzy animals). The first time I stopped in, I had no idea what was about to happen. When the cashier asked if I wanted to get my camera ready before he rang up my items, I was a little confused.
Stow away your newly purchased items in a beautiful sling backpack,
making shopping more pleasurable.
Go in there and find out what the surprise is when you check out!
More shops that we liked downtown include:
- Earthbound Trading Co.
- Granny’s Place
- Packrat’s Paradise
- Crystal Waters
- The Ladybug Emporium
Haunted Tour
After a day of shopping, schedule your haunted tour at America’s most haunted hotel… the Crescent Hotel. You can schedule a tour between 6:30 pm and 9:00 pm for around $30/person. For those who really love getting spooked, you can even stay the night in this haunted hotel for a premium price upwards of $265/night.
